Our client is looking for a Regional Manager to play a pivotal role in taking their offering to the next level, embedding them in the community and raising their profile in the Midlands.

Alongside best in class compliance management your strong leadership, people management, and exacting standards of customer service and facility management will embed company's brand ethos.

As a senior manager you will ensure your strong coaching approach to performance management is ingrained in the business and that high performing customer facing teams deliver a consistent brand experience that makes "Every interaction is a positive one that makes me want to come back". You will use your track record in service and product delivery to ensure commercial and strategic objectives are met across the region by optimizing opportunities and ensuring efficient distribution of resources and skills. A demonstrably successful networker you will build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the region to compliment our national Business Development team.

Main purpose of the role:
To be accountable to lead, develop, drive and deliver the asset management function which delivers a service that significantly contributes to the strategic aims and company objectives;

• Develop and deliver the asset management strategy ensuring the investment is strategically managed and achieving the maximum value of each asset for the company and their customers
• Develop and deliver the Sustainability Strategy
• Ensure the investment decisions are strategically driven, marrying the needs of the business, customers, the environment and the wider community
• Ensure the most effective procurement strategies are applied which best need the organisation strategic priorities and business needs
• Ensure asset management investment planning supports the business plan, is accurately developed and dovetailed into wider strategies across the business
• Act as a senior manager in the business by leading on corporate strategic objectives
• Deliver excellent governance within the post holders responsibilities
• Effectively manage risk embedding the culture of risk management throughout
