Regional Manager ( Welfare to Work and Skills ) Payment by results contracts
GBP 55000 plus car allowance of GBP 3500

Are you a Performance Manager with experience in the Welfare to Work or Employment and Skills sector?
CMD Recruitment Ltd are recruiting on behalf of a well respected Provider for a Regional Performance Manager.
The role is accountable to the Regional Director for the overall performance of a range of multi million contracts across the West Midlands and Milton Keynes
The successful candidate will drive overall performance and support Senior Operational Managers to manage performance and delivery of all contracts and to ensure contracted targets and KPls are achieved in a payment by results environment
You will manage a range of senior managers across multiple functional areas (delivery, performance, quality, compliance) to ensure targets are met, standards achieved and risk is managed
Ensure delivery targets are met through weekly monitoring of performance and be available to provide support and guidance to the senior team
Liaise Quality and Compliance Manager to ensure all contracts meet the required quality and compliance standards and support implementation of improvement strategies
Develop strategies to enable managers to encourage individual and team performance and orientated culture
Ensure effective delivery of all sub-contractor profiles and KPls, through senior operational managers and provide support as appropriate
Ensure effective employer engagement and marketing strategies supports and KPls across all contracts
Work with the Regional Director to ensure all financial income targets are met and costs controlled
Liaise with the Management Information team to ensure appropriate data is collected, disseminated and used to manage performance across all contracts
Support mobilization of new contracts and ensure effective delivery of performance in line with contract KPIs from QI
Manage various and complex relationships with funders, stakeholders, partners and supply chains.
Oversee the management of quality and compliance standards to ensure these are met, including Merlin, Matrix and ISO
Contribute to the business development activities as directed by the Regional Director
Person Specification
Experience of managing individual and team performance in orientated, PBR environment
Experience of successfully delivering focused multi million-pound contract with determination and drive
Ability to manage and interpret data to support effective performance management and repotting
Proven track record of income generation
Experience of working in a pressurised and demanding environment
Demonstrable understanding of the role of careers advice and guidance in supporting customers to achieve job and learning outcomes
Strong report writing skills, attention to detail and ability to understand contractual requirements
Ability to communicate, network and negotiate effectively with individuals and groups, within the company and outside
Ability to represent the company and establish and maintain effective internal and external working relationships
Ability to balance and respond appropriately to competing demands to meet deadlines
Ability to prioritise, plan and organise own work to meet deadlines and targets
Excellent IT skills including Office, CRM Dynamics
A relevant degree or management qualification

Expected to travel (and drive) extensively across the contract area and to other locations as required by Regional Director
