Sales Order Processor to join the export team at a large distribution manufacturer based in the Barnsley area.

My client is a world leader in their field and provide worldwide distribution exporting stock from all over Europe, South Asia and the Middle East.

My client is seeking to recruit an experienced Sales Order Processor, ideally someone that has knowledge of export to join the UK Administration team at their offices in South Yorkshire .

Purpose of the role:

Sales Order Processing
Manage the UK based accounts
Assisting Customers in the use of the web site
Returns processing
Cash Collection
Arranging Dispatch of Goods in liaison with the warehouse and customer
Monitor and control all necessary documentation

Experience Required:

Excellent communication skills over the telephone
Previous sales and / or freight forwarding experience is preferred.
Comfortable in the use of computerised systems including email, Excel and Word.
Must have a confident manner and be able to deal with Non European accounts.
Must have the ability to multi-task and work on own initiative.
