My Client Camper UK is a large Motorhome Dealer based in Lincoln, they are looking for an Experienced Workshop Controller to run their busy productive workshop, only applicants with appropriate hands on experience and qualifications in the motor industry should apply. In return, they are offering excellent earning potential, a good bonus scheme & working practices.
The Workshop Controller is responsible for maximising volume to ensure profit and financial targets are met, deliver outstanding customer service, co-ordinate and control the work of Autocentre staff, offering assistance and support as required and promote and maintain the Company image, acting as a brand ambassador.
To ensure that service and repair work is completed to time and quality standards and all invoice/claim documents are complete and accurate. Managing customer expectations, job profitability and workshop productivity targets will be a daily focus to ensure that workshop profitability is optimised.
To motivate and oversee the development of the team, effective competence development, succession planning and dealing with employee issues on a day to day basis.
Previous experience of supervising in vehicle workshop as a Workshop Controller or be a technician who is ready to progress to the next step.
