We are seeking a quality assurance administrator/ laboratory technician to join our friendly client's business based in Crewkerne, Somerset.
This full time opportunity begins on a temporary basis with the view to go permanent for the right candidate.
Key responsibilities would include product and environmental sampling and swabbing, carrying out audits of standards across the site and raising non conformance amongst other relevant duties.
To be suitable for this vacancy good problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills are essential. It is also important that you are proactive and experience within a quality based environment would be highly desirable. If you have a working knowledge of GMP/internal auditing/HACCP and BRC this would be advantageous.
This varied and exciting role is paying GBP7.80 per hour (pay rate is enhanced on Saturdays and Sundays) plus 28 days paid holiday per annum.
This is a full-time position; working 08:00-18:00 on a 4 on 2 off shift pattern. If you work on a Saturday you will be paid time and a 1/4 and the Sunday pay rate is time and a 1/2.
