Project Quantity Surveyor
Hemel Hempstead/London
GBP30,000 to GBP38,000 + Package
I'm working with a Top 20 main contractor and they have an opportunity for a Project Surveyor to join their commercial team working from smart offices in Hemel Hempstead. With projects across London, you'll be joining a team working on programmes of work that include a GBP180m mixed use regeneration in NW London, a new development for a high profile retail developer and a major refurbishment of a large listed building & the surrounding estate in London's West End.
Alongside the project exposure on offer, this is also an opportunity to join their inhouse training programme which includes APC support (a rare (and sought after) benefit from a main contractor). They have APC Supervisors within the team and a proven track record of helping surveyors through the process successfully. This is also supported with a wealth of benefits, some of which include:
* Salary: GBP30,000 to GBP38,000
* Company Car OR Car Allowance
* Private pension plan
* Performance related bonus
* 26 days annual leave + bank holiday
With the chance to gain experience across a number of fantastic projects and the opportunity of inhouse APC support and realisitic career progression, in return they expect candidates to have:
* A degree or masters in a Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar
* Excellent communications skills
* Motivated and driven to be the best
