TSA are currently working in partnership with consultancy who are looking to recruit Building Surveyors in the Midlands region. Working with a well known government body you will be required carry out surveys of a number of educational properties.
The workload will be on going over a two to three year period, work will be a condition survey of internals and externals of the various properties, you will be identifying condition, life cycle costings and recommended action. All data will be collated on a tablet device utilising a drop down spreadsheet.
We are ideally looking for formally qualified Building Surveys with prior experience in the education and commercial sector.
