Office Administrator Sheffield We are currently seeking professional, organised individuals to take Office Administrator roles within an existing team working from within our busy Capita Employee Benefits Head office in Sheffield.About the roleAs an office Administrator, you will be an active member of the Administration Team, ensuring on a daily basis that targets are met by maintaining productivity levels and to providing optimal levels of customer service in terms of quality, cost and time.You will have input into team meetings and ensure communication and quality improvements are inherent within daily working practices. As one of the leading consultancies in the UK, our specialist knowledge and expertise ensures we create innovative solutions which can make a real difference to our clients and their employees.What you will do: * Receive, scan, sort and record all incoming post for multiple Capita Offices. * Collect all internal and external mail, sort the mail as necessary, ensue the mail is franked with the correct price and is ready for collection by Royal Mail. * Batch, scan and index mail using workflow, and allocate to the correct team. * Register incoming certificates in line with the correct policy, batch the certificates and return them to the appropriate person. * Carry out any other administration tasks on an ad hoc basis, as requested by Line Manager. * Identify and report risks and breaches immediately to your line manager and/or the Operational Risk & Compliance Department. * Adhere to the ISO and Investors in People Standards, Quality Management System and comply with pensions and FSA regulations and initiatives, for example, Treating Customers Fairly (TCF).Your experience will include: * GCSE Grade C or equivalent (to include English & Maths) * The ability to confidently use Microsoft Word, Outlook and basic Excel * Customer Service experience * An organised and methodical approach to working - with a sharp eye for detail * Strong communication skills (written & verbal) * Experience of working within a team and to targets and deadlinesWhat's in it for you?
