Our client is looking for a technical office administrator to join their team.

The successful candidate must be able to work under minimal direction and must show their ability to grow and develop within the role.
Daily responsibilities would include interaction with staff and customers from time to time.

Main Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage technical documentation including: manuals, literature and tender specification, liaising with the sales department, test sheets, packing listings
- MRP system technical document management
- Data analysis of department processes and development data
- Organise travel for the technical team
- Preliminary research on component parts and progress work
- Raise purchase order requests for the department with purchasing
- Prepare minute meetings
- Performing general administrative tasks in a dynamic office setting
- The candidate will find that a large part of their day will be taken up by administrative work

The ideal candidate should:
- Be technically inclined and enjoy assisting others.
- Have excellent communicational skills and good attention to detail.
- Be good at multitasking
- Be able to work well under pressure and deadlines

The ideal candidate must:
- Be able to work from their own initiative
- Have their own transport
- Have a good knowledge of MS office products
