Permanent Receptionist / Typist based in Dunfermline, salary negotiable DOE + excellent benefits
Your new company
My client are looking for a full time permanent Receptionist / Typist based in Dunfermline, salary GBP17,000 - GBP20,000 depending on experience + 32 days annual leave and other excellent benefits
Your new role
You will be responsible for the smooth running of a busy switchboard and reception along with various administrative duties mainly involving extensive typing of various documents and reports. You will ensure that all telephone calls have been transferred through to the relevant team member and deal with any queries. You will also be responsible for binding reports, diary management, scanning, filing and archiving, mail management, meeting and greeting visitors and any other administrative duties required.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a confident and positive individual with a proactive approach. You will possess excellent typing skills with accuracy and have a good telephone manner. You will have strong I.T skills in particular with Microsoft Office. You will be enthusiastic and adaptable working in a fast paced environment to accuracy under strict deadlines. You will have excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills.
