Location: Brean, Somerset
My client is a successful and established family owned building contractor from Somerset. They've recently secured a prestigious project to build a new club house at a leisure facility in Brean, near Burnham On Sea.
They require a Site Manager to run this scheme for them, starting as soon as possible for a period of 44 weeks on a freelance basis. You must hold SMSTS and First Aid, you'll also be required to demonstrate previous experience of delivering projects of a similar nature and value. You will be responsible for overseeing this project, as a number one, from inception to completion with groundworks, piling etc due to commence on 11th September.
