Operations Manager job vacancy. Automotive. Operations management of an automotive testing business unit. Managing a team of 12. Position would suit an Operations Manager, Production Manager or similar. This Operations Manager job will suit:
• Experience of working within a role that is very much focused on day to day operations management of a team / department / business unit within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
• This role is to lead an autonomous business unit within a larger organisation - lots of support available but also freedom to put your own stamp on things.
• Ability to lead - we are looking for good people management and motivational skills. 12 person team with good length of tenure so you will get plenty of support from the team.
• You are likely to be degree qualified (or have an equivalent level of experience) in an engineering, science or perhaps business discipline.
