Business Support Co-ordinator - Immediate start - DBS required GBP9.01p/h

Our client, one of the UK's leading Facilities Management Companies, has an exiting opportunity for an experienced and skilled Business Support Co-ordinator to contribute positively towards their vibrant team in Balornock Road, Glasgow G21

* Monday - Friday 08.00AM - 16.30PM
* Salary GBP9.01 per hour
* Weekly pay

Your responsibilities include:

* Answering high call Volumes
* Logging Jobs hard and soft FM on System accurately as Per pre agreed formats.
* Assigning and Dispatching to PDAS
* Printing Manual Work Orders for Contractors
* Monitoring and Tracking Progress to ensure jobs do not fail SLA.
* Escalating any potential breaches Found.
* Running Reports
* Issuing reports and analysis of reporting information
* Scheduling /assigning and Dispatching the PPM to engineers PDAs
* Monitoring Contractors PPMS
* Resolving PDA issues
* Raising Requests to the Board
* Closing Reactive and PPM tasks in a timely manner
* Printing and Binding Monthly reports for Client
* Laminating

* Must be able to work using you own initiative as well as part of a small team.
* Must be able to work Unsupervised while at Helpdesk in the event line manager is out of office.
* Must per polite, courteous and Professional at all times. (Business is business)
* Excellent attention to detail is required
* Good Levels of spelling and Grammar required
* Good Timekeeping
* Good Professional appearance ( Dress code is Business Dress)
