Bar1 Ascot is looking to recruit a Bar / Restaurant Supervisor with a view to become the Assistant Manager (In Training)

About the Role

We are looking for a Bar / Restaurant Supervisor who is dynamic, energetic and enthusiastic to help drive business forward and to the next level. We are not a fan of split shifts here, only one split shift per fortnight on occasion you will either do a day shift or an evening shift, leaving the day to yourself or the night to yourself. We encourage a good work life balance

Have you been frustrated in the past of no one listening to your ideas or the requests of the customers? We encourage ideas and input. As the Bar / Restaurant Supervisor You will also be expected to:

* Liaise with the head chef to do seasonal changes with the menus
* Update drinks lists & Cocktail Menus
* Over see advertising and Marketing, including social media
* Supervising and training staff
* +Regular cost analysis on stock purchased with comparisons on competitors prices
