Red Rock Partnership is looking for Sourcing Administrator for our Client in Normanton WF6. This is Monday to Friday, 9am-5.30pm.
JOB PURPOSE
To support the day to day business through administration and control of all inbound supplier purchased material. Monitoring key activities to route cause problems, resolve inbound queries and drive improvement.
DIMENSIONS
• Raise and expedite supplier quotations & orders
• Maintain system data integrity & identify potential issues
• Maintain purchase tracking information for management review
• Produce & circulate departmental KPIs as required
• Maintain supplier details to support the ordering process
• Support and review the warehouse PI activities and escalate queries
• Departmental support to resolve inbound or supplier queries & customer claims
• General office administration duties
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Supplier order creation & administration
• System data maintenance
• KPI monitoring
• Initial contact point for supplier failures
PLANNING AND ORGANISING
• Ensure key reporting is delivered on time (Daily, Weekly, Monthly)
• Organise workload priorities to offer 1st class service to the business & client
• Flexibility required
DECISION MAKING
• It is desirable in this role to show initiative
• An element of decision making will be required to support the BAU aspects of the business
• An understanding of impact to both financial and efficiency metrics should be demonstrated
INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIP
• Daily communication with external suppliers
• Communication with the client (Boots)
• Strong internal relationships to support the role and key stakeholders
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED
• Intermediate experience of Microsoft packages, predominantly Excel,
Word & Outlook.
• Pleasant and confident telephone manner
• Mathematical competence
• Experience of WMS packages
• Preferable experience of Sage Accountancy package
