Title: Customer Service Administrator
Salary: GBP17,000 - GBP20,000
Location: Borehamwood
Our client who has been established for over 15 years are looking for a confident Customer Service Administrator experienced with high call volumes and order processing. Responsibilities
First point of contact for clients
Dealing with questions queries and providing product information
Processing high volumes of orders over the phone and via email
co-ordiating deliveries with logistics companies
Responding to emails
Live chat with customers
Processing orders for high end key clients
Updating CRM system
Providing a high standard of service both written and verbal.
Attributes
• Strong customer service and administration skills in an office environment
• Previous order processing experience
• Ability to multi task
• Be able to work independently and as part of a large team
• Good computer literacy - using multiple systems
• Ability to work under pressure accurately
