A Global security provider with operations worldwide is seeking a number of Corporate Security Officers based in Livingston to join local teams. You will receive many benefits such as free corporate uniform, a pension, healthcare options and 28 days annual leave, plus real opportunities to progress. You will be guaranteed 42 hours per week (with overtime available) and a permanent contract.
As the Corporate Security Officer, your duties will include:
- Greeting and assisting visitors and staff onto the premises in a welcoming and professional manner.
- Checking and patrolling the direct and surrounding grounds, checking all entry and locking systems.
- Assisting in reporting infrastructure issues and faults in a high-end corporate environment.
- Maintaining the highest standards of appearance and professionalism working within a team of like-minded professionals
- Writing complete and accurate handover and incident reports and taking appropriate action as required on all reports passed to you at the commencement or during a duty shift.
- Maintaining the integrity of the customers systems and assets in line with applicable regulations.
To be a successful Corporate Security Officer you will have the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience within a customer focused role is desired.
- A valid front line SIA License or current certificate of completion of SIA front line training would be desired, however NOT essential as training can be given.
- Driving licence is required for some roles but not essential for all.
- Unrestricted right to work in the UK.
- Have a five-year checkable employment history or be able to produce documentary evidence of any period of unemployment, self- employment or full and part time education during that period.
In return, the Corporate Security Officer will receive a salary of GBP7.60 - GBP8.00 per hour.
