Property Services Contracts Manager
High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire
Salary: GBP39,368 + GBP3,703 Car Allowance + Excellent Benefits
Permanent, 37 hours per week
(Monday to Friday)
An exciting opportunity has now arisen for a Property Services Contracts Manager to contribute to our clients continuing success. Within this pivotal role, you will effectively manage all property compliance service contracts across their property portfolio, in particular delivering statutory checks, servicing, and repairs related to communal gas, fire, water, asbestos, electrics and lifting equipment. This will also involve managing their high value building services and materials supply contracts.
On a broader remit, this is an opportunity to work collaboratively to control and mitigate contract risk and ensure quality and best value at all times.
To succeed in this role you will need to be professional, proactive and committed to promoting a positive culture and initiatives. You will possess a graduate level education or equivalent professional experience in Property Contract Management and/or Project Management. A recognised Health and Safety Qualification e.g. NEBOSH Diploma, NVQ Level 4 or IOSH Training would be advantageous.
A clean driving licence and access to a car for business use are essential.
