Due to rapid growth, we are looking for an experienced and skilled Administrator to join our thriving Internal Recruitment department. With excellent attention to detail, effective communication skills and a keen interest in supporting colleagues and visitors, you will be an integral part of our Business Support team. Working closely with the team you will have the opportunity to train and develop your skill-set within recruitment as well as other areas of business support.
YOU WILL HAVE:
- Experience in an office administration role
- Pleasant and professional manner as well as being an effective communicator both written and verbally
- A-Levels minimum, degree ideal
- Ability to take on administrative tasks effectively and efficiently
- Methodical approach with excellent organisation skills
- Accurate typing and computer literacy skills e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel
- A bright and positive attitude with good business acumen
- Experience of problem solving and can demonstrate good use of initiative
- Motivation and be a self-starter with a positive team player attitude
- Ability to pick up systems and processes easily
YOU WILL BE:
- Supporting with Recruitment Administration tasks in a timely manner and of a high-quality standard
- Copying, printing and preparing interview paperwork for hiring managers
- Responding to and updating candidates on the status of their application
- Updating and maintaining our database with applicant details
- Updating our website and external job boards with our latest job vacancies
- Supporting with preparation of recruitment fairs - putting packs together, monitoring of stock levels
- Printing and creating induction packs for new starters
- Ensuring processes are followed and paperwork is filed correctly
- Supporting and covering Reception and Goods In when required
- Participating in team meetings, taking minutes and actions, distribute accordingly
- Any other administration tasks as required
