I am currently looking for an Administrator on behalf of my client based in Wolvey. This is a temporary position with the potential to go permanent after a period of time.
Hourly rate of GBP9 per hour working roughly 40 hours per week
Requirements:
- Proficiency in all MS Packages
- Proven experience as an administrator
- To be pro-active
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- To be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise.
- Capable of communicating well with all levels.
Responsibilities:
- Obtain quotes from suppliers for the build team.
- Process the purchasing of build equipment.
- Distribute, input and store all invoices received in time for cost value reconciliation reporting.
- Set-up of new suppliers for sub contract and purchase ledgers.
- Process REC and Sundry payments.
- Processing client invoices in an accurate and timely manner.
- Liaise with the QS to ensure prompt sub contractor payments are made.
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure correct invoicing procedures are followed.
- Provide administrative support to the commercial team.
- Provide general clerical assistance as required by the commercial team.
