Our client is seeking an enthusiastic Team Member, where experience with a Customer Service background is essential. As part of our clients busy sales office, you will be providing a full range of administrative and customer support to clients, both domestically and world wide. Full in-house training and ongoing mentoring will be provided for this interesting and varied position.
Responsibilities
* Respond to customer enquiries promptly and efficiently
* Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service enquiries
* Provide price and delivery information
* Set up new customer accounts
* Process orders and requests
* Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
* Maintain customer accounts
* Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
Skills
* Excellent communication skills to include , interpersonal, verbal and written
* Call handling and customer service skills
* Problem analysis and problem solving
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Knowledge of customer service principals and practices
* Strong IT skills, including MS Office
* Minimum of 2-years office experience.
Hours of work
Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm
