This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Supply Chain/Purchasing recruitment consultant to join a growing company based in their Newcastle Office.
To succeed in this role you should possess;
• Understanding of the Supply Chain/Purchasing process within
Recruitment
• Experience within the Recruitment Industry
• Drive, tenacity and resilience to develop a desk
• Passion for the recruitment market
• The ability to form and maintain professional relationships with clients
and candidates alike
In return for your hard work you will receive;
• A desk with leads in place and occasional active jobs
• Active/existing clients to contact from day one
• A second to none commission structure
• GBP5,001 - GBP10,000 - 10%, GBP10,001 - GBP15,000 - 20%, GBP15,001+ - 35%
• The autonomy to grow your own desk
• Potential to grow your own team and become Team Leader/Manager
• 25 days holiday + 8 stats
• A fantastic work/life balance
