THE JOB:
Reporting to the Team Leader, the Telesales Account Manager responsibilities will include:
* Developing new business leads.
* Maxamising existing business.
* Uploading data on to CRM.
* Managing customers expectations.
* Using a consultative sales approach, you will get to know your customers and understand the needs of their business.
* To quote customers predominately using the company pricing systems, accurately and within set procedures.
* To achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators
THE PERSON:
To be considered for the role as Telesales Account Manager you will need the following:
* Be driven, focused and outgoing.
* Have a passion for sales.
* Experience is a bonus but not essential.
* Ability to build relationships.
THE BENEFITS:

GBP16500 with uncapped bonus. OTE GBP23000
