Responsibilities

* Reporting directly to the Quality Leader, responsible for managing and updating all internal procedures to ensure alignment with P&G standards and specifications.
* Use the company 'Enovia' database system to monitor updates to all P&G standards and specifications.
* Track deployment of all SOP updates and ensure changes are implemented, communicated and trained to all relevant personnel.
* Monitor all incoming raw materials against CoA specifications and report any out of specification materials.
* Control the receipt of all incoming materials, ensure RM deliveries comply with P&G standard supply agreements and
* Liaise with P&G on matters relating to supply of raw materials.
* Provide and maintain a safe work environment by complying with all safe practices and procedures.
* Support the SH&E Specialist to develop and manage a 5S system.
* Support the Quality Leader with review, development and auditing of the company QMS
* Support the Quality Leader with investigations of quality related issues and root cause analysis
* Conduct product line audits to monitor effectiveness of in-line quality process checks
* Adhere to all quality procedures, processes as defined by customer, PCUK and regulatory compliance.
* Performs other related duties as required and assigned by Management.

Qualification & Experience

* Degree or above in chemistry or related field
* Recommended experience includes two or more years experience in a regulated industrial environment.
* Maintain a safe, legal and environmentally protective operation
* Respond quickly to customer concerns
* Willing to work as part of a team
* Willing and eager to learn and strive for continued improvement
* Maintain positive "Can Do" attitude
* Good Computer Skills, Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
* Good written, communication and coordination skills
