We at Cogent Staffing are proud to be a recruitment partner to a multi sector solicitor based in Leicestershire. They have a number of busy, thriving branches and due to a combination of increasing workload and organic growth, they find themselves in need of a new member of staff.
The opening is for a Legal Receptionist. You will be running the front of house for one of their busy branches, being first point of contact for their high profile clientele network and due to the nature of the industry, be discreet with any and all transactions and administration.
You be doing:-
• Administration
• Audio Typing
• Front of House
• Flexible to support all departments
• Assist with the preparation of reports
You need:-
• Audio typing
• Front of house experience
• Legal Experience is advantageous, but NOT essential
• Demonstrate a very high level of accuracy and detail
• Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication skills - oral and written
• Team worker but capable of taking own initiative
• Flexible approach to work
Salary:-
• This position pays GBP(Apply online only) depending on experience
• Monday to Friday 09.00 - 17.30
• 23 days holiday
