Our client is seeking a Customer Service Section Leader to join their fast pace organisation. The right candidate will be an experienced Leader, be confident in streamlining processes and have the ability to look at the company's objectives and align them to the department's and team's aims.

Role Purpose
To develop and maintain customer relationships and offer best customer service experience whilst supervising the UK and Export Sales Administration team to ensure Total Order Management, On Time Delivery to Customers in Full and reduction of order cycle time from order entry to delivery.

What you'll be doing:
• To build, improve, standardise and automate customer service processes using SAP system
• Process incoming orders from customers in line with the order processing procedure onto the SAP system, issuing order acknowledgements to customers and uploading documents to the system.
• Complete Order Management liaising with customers and other members of the sales team both internal & external, purchasing team, the warehouse, production and Finance to ensure Customer Satisfaction and organisational key metrics of OTD and OTIF
• Sales Revenue Forecasting on a weekly basis
• Supervise the UK, Europe and Export Sales Shipping and Documentation operation on a daily basis.
• Manage the daily workload of the UK, Europe and Export sales and supply chain co-ordinators.
• Prepare monthly reports for the Group Supply Chain Manager to inform of Sales activity and KPIs.
• Informing customers by phone and email of the status of their order.
• To efficiently respond to customer enquiries with respect to product availability, estimated delivery dates etc.
• To resolve any customer issues with regard to performance issues related to the Supply Chain Department.
• To liaise with customers on MOV and upselling to ensure MOV is met.
• To inform the Group Supply Chain Manager of any potential issues.
• To deal with disciplinary action as and when required
• Any other duties as and when required within the supply chain department function.

Person Specification
We are looking for individuals who are highly motivated and have a passion to contribute to the success of our clients. In addition to this, you will possess the following:

Qualifications
• Essential: GCSE's or A Level in Mathematics and English

Experience
• Essential: Working in Customer Service or Supply Chain environment
• People Management Experience

Knowledge
Desirable: Import/Export Documentation and international supply chains
Technical skills
• Essential: Computer Literate with advance skills of MS Word, EXCEL and working knowledge of SAP/ERP systems
