Title: Customer Service Executive
Salary: GBP20,000 - GBP22,000
Location: Borehamwood
CONTRACT - 4 months - IMMEDIATE START
We are looking for a confident, professional Customer Service Administrator to represent our client's business to the highest standard.
This role requires a proactive individual who can confidently assist with customer enquirers, softly up-sell company products whilst providing an excellent customer service experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Taking incoming sales enquiries
• Providing information and advice on company products
• Responding to email enquiries
• Providing customers with quotations and following them up
• Upselling to existing clientele
• Processing orders
• Dealing with complaints - investigating and resolving them efficiently
• Managing customer expectations
• Keeping customer updated on delivery timescales
• Assist with the general admin and day to day running of the office
Key Attributes
• Confident and outgoing
• Experienced in closing incoming sales enquiries
• A strong ability to communicate articulately in both written and verbal formats
• Excellent telephone manner
• Having a good work ethic and to be self-motivated
