About the role
We are looking to recruit an ambitious, smart and motivated individual to work as an Administrator within our Group Fleet team based at Harrogate.
Reporting to the Group Fleet Office Manager.
Main Job function
* Supporting the account management teams
* Working alongside Accounts Dept
* Support the smooth running of the Sales Office
* Processing sales of fleet vehicles -cars and commercials
* Taxing and Invoicing vehicles
About the Candidate:
* Computer literate, especially Microsoft Office / Excel
* Excellent communication skills
* Previous sales administration experience would be advantageous
* Previous experience within the automotive industry would be advantageous
* Previous experience of using ADP Kerridge
