Sewell Wallis are recruiting for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join a finance team in the centre of Sheffield. Experience of Purchase Ledger/Accounts Payable is essential in this role due to the fast paced, high volume nature. The role would suit someone who is happy at this level, however there are opportunities to progress if this was sought after.
Duties:
- Reporting to the department manager in a medium sized team.
- Processing a large volume of supplier invoices.
- Matching, coding and entering invoices onto the finance system.
- Resolving queries.
- Checking purchase orders.
- Liaising with internal departments.
Person:
- 2 yrs experience in a similar role.
- Great attention to detail.
- Good level of Excel ability.
Hours: Full time
Salary: GBP16,500 - GBP18,500
