Salary up to £35,000 depending on experience

This beautiful 4* hotel set in a gorgeous setting in the heart of the Cotswolds are part of a group of classic hotels and inns located in the Cotswolds, Somerset and Jersey. A family owned and run business, an eclectic mix of venues, some dating back to the 16th Century, a true mix of style. 

Head Chef Role;

Looking to recruit a new Head Chef to manage all aspects of the hotel kitchen and lead the team in providing outstanding food to the customers. 
The need is for an experienced Head Chef to run day to day kitchen operations. The hotel restaurant, which serves a fantastic fresh food menu and quality is key and a huge event business that specialises in weddings and corporate dinners. 
 
Head Chef Requirements;

• The ideal candidate will come from a high volume, high quality fresh food premium restaurant, with relevant experience as a Head Chef.
• Quality background is a must alongside strong kitchen management in costs and HACCP. 
• Great trainer who takes a hands on role in all aspects of the kitchen
• Inspirational leader, with strong and composed management style
• Skill in stock and labour control – an acute eye for cost control is a must throughout the kitchen
• This is not a first time Head Chef position – need to have experience of managing hotel restaurant and banqueting for sit down dinners up to 250
• Most Important of all, a passion and flair with food. 

Head Chef Package;

• Salary of up to £35,000 depending on experience
