An excellent opportunity has now arisen or an Apprentice Administrator to join us in Leeds.

Within this role, you will work under the direction, guidance and supervision of the Line Manager to support that all administrative procedures are being undertaken by the branch in total compliance with Company operating instructions and current employment legislation. 

Working as part of the administration team, you will assist in the efficient and effective operation of the branch and will carry out all duties in a courteous and polite manner, recognising the Mears customer care philosophy.

In order to be successful in this role, you will be educated to GCSE (or equivalent) level in English and Maths and will have experience of working with computerised systems, including data entry and calculations.  With knowledge of filing systems and retrieval operations of electronically stored data, you will be able to work to deadlines in a busy office environment and will be a confident user of IT and the Microsoft Office Package.
