Design Engineer
Oldham
Ceramic Seals produces hermetic feedthroughs for use in high vacuum and at high temperature and/or pressure. Our industry involvement includes High Vacuum, Aerospace, Nuclear, Defence, Medical and Deep Sea.
Due to a retirement, an opportunity has arisen for a design engineer to work with us.
The successful candidate shall be degree qualified and fully conversant with AutoCad 2017 and Inventor. Experience in our field would be an advantage.
Your job specification will involve liaising with customers, presenting potential design proposals to suit their requirements and processing the final design through detailed drawings to production and product validation.
You will be responsible for ensuring the compliance of our design process with the requirements of AS9100.
- Salary: £30 - 35k
- Position: Permanent
- Hours: 37.5 hrs/week
