Job Title: Office Administrator
Location: High Wycombe
Salary: £18,000 - 20,000 per annum
Working Hours: 37.5 per week

The Company is the premier provider of security services across the Thames Valley and we are looking to expand their team. We are looking for a confident and versatile individual to join their head office team and provide administrative support.
This is an excellent position for someone looking to hone their skills and workout which direction to take their career in. You will be involved in and have exposure to many aspects of our business including sales & marketing, human resources, payroll, operations and finance.
The purpose of this role is to provide general administration support to key business areas and to provide general assistance in a variety of tasks such as call handling, conducting employment screening, assisting with the recruitment process, ordering uniform, invoicing assistance, assisting with employee queries as well as general support to the senior management team.
What Are We Looking For?
- A good general education including GCSE English and Maths
- Good keyboard skills
- Ability to cope with changing priorities
- A clear and confident telephone manner
- Good skills and a high level of confidence in using Microsoft Office programmes including Word, Access & Excel
- Methodical approach to document handling
