Looking to change your job after the summer holidays – then come and work for The Ordinary Life Project Association (OLPA) an innovative, dynamic and vibrant Wiltshire based Charity providing a range of housing and support options for people with Learning Disabilities and/or mental illnesses.

We are looking for SUPPORT WORKERS (full and part time) to join our dedicated team in BRADFORD ON AVON.

As one of our Support Workers you will be a key member of the team providing high standards of person centred care to the people we support. Interacting and communicating with the people we support in a way that promotes dignity and respect at all times.

No experience necessary as OLPA will offer the ideal Support Workers:

You will need to be flexible and able to work shifts including some weekends, bank holidays and evenings/nights working within a 24/7 rota.
