Anderson Knight is looking to recruit a Helpdesk Technical Support Adviser to join one of our exclusive clients based in Glasgow. The role will be offer technical support to Engineers out on the field and also to the Helpdesk Team.
Hours: 5 days over 7, shift 7am - 4pm and 1pm - 10pm

Duties:
•Offering support to Engineers out on the field and also to Helpdesk Advisers
•Reporting and statistics when required
•Logging data into internal system
•Remote monitoring of and diagnosis of various types of alarms
•Triaging of jobs
•Using internal systems
•Using Excel on a daily basis, (must be competent)
•Closure of jobs when completed and resolved
•Liaising with internal departments
•Working to Service level agreements
Personal Attributes:
•Excellent level of IT and internal systems
•Excellent communication skills
•Customer service focused
•Self-motivated
Experience:
•Proven track record in a Helpdesk or Customer Service or Tech Support role role
•Must have good Excel skills
In return you will be paid 18K but will rise to 19.5K after 12 months, free parking, pension and many other benefits
