Based near Milton Keynes, an independent Town Planning Consultancy are looking to expand their office with the addition of a high calibre Graduate Town Planner or someone who has previous experience in the Town Planning sector. Ideal Candidates will have a suitable educational background (degree in Town Planning or related field) and be keen and enthusiastic. The role will involve lots of interaction with clients so you should have excellent written and verbal skills.
Qualifications - Educated to degree level in Town Planning or related discipline. A full driving license is essential.
Salary - GBP18-21k depending on your experience + Benefits
Company - Town Planning Consultancy
Working as a Graduate Town Planner your duties will include:
- Assisting Senior Town Planners
- Assist with preparing planning applications
- Preparing design and access statements to support all planning applications
- Attend meetings on site as needed
- Liaising with clients via email, phone and face to face
This role will come with career progression.
