Platinum Recruitment's Regional Division is currently representing a Hotel in Southampton and have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Manager to join their team.
Client
This Hotel is centrally located in the heart of Southampton and is one of the busiest hotels in the city. Providing excellent accommodation and bespoke conference facilities it is the choice of both business and private visitors. Part of a European wide Hotel group the client offers modern surroundings, good food and great customer service.
Role
Reporting directly to General Manager the ideal candidate will have a proven record in sales and marketing. Responsibilities will include motivating and training the team, managing key client accounts, overall responsibility for developing and managing new business. The Candidate must have experience in marketing and enjoy working in a target driven environment. Business planning and strong communication skills are essential.
