This award-winning B2B media company based in London specialises in providing business information and analysis on the print, retail, telecoms, electronics and electrical sectors. They are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, self-starter to come on board and join their busy sales team to sell display and online advertising, events, sponsorships and more across their industry-respected communications titles, Mobile Europe and European Communications.
European Communications serves senior managers of fixed, mobile and broadband service providers with news, features and exclusive interviews focused on the telco industry's major strategic trends. Sister title Mobile Europe serves CTOs and senior technical managers of mobile operators, specialising in the technology behind wireless networks and services.
As well as leading by example in your sales, the role features strategic elements where you get to make a real difference in the business by planning revenue streams and delivering to target.
You will report to the Account Director and be selling across the brand portfolio, including display, digital advertising, webinars, events and e-newsletters. The client base is established and growing, so as well as generating a high volume of sales calls the roles will also involve achieving meeting targets by seeing clients directly and attending relevant events. The market has great potential and there is considerable scope for growth in revenue generation across all formats.
B2B experience is essential, as is proven experience of successful sales across multiple platforms (display, online and event sponsorships) targeting senior individuals within global telco companies. If you are creative and enthusiastic, an excellent communicator, hungry for a challenge and some great earning potential, then we want to hear from you. You'll need to be responsible and accurate, have the ability to work to tight deadlines and targets and to motivate and inspire others.
Salary Range:
The annual salary is circa £35,000 to £38,000 depending on experience and the £20,000 commission potential is uncapped. Plus they offer an exciting benefits package.
