Quattro Recruitment have an excellent opportunity to join our successful and growing industrial team in Southend-on-Sea. We are looking to employ a confident individual with excellent people skills as a Recruitment Resourcer on a permanent and full-time basis.
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
• Candidate sourcing
• Building relationships with candidates and clients
• Advertise live vacancies
• Candidate registration/interviewing
• Manage live availability list
• Identify skills to match appropriately with vacancies
• Manage candidate attraction
• Ensuring quality compliance
The ideal candidate:
• A confident individual with an outgoing approach
• Multiple languages are essential
• Good computer skills and knowledge of Excel
• Own drivers licence and transport is essential
• Great telephone manner
• Ability to work alone using own initiative but also as part of a team
• Flexibility in working hours
Contracted working hours will be Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm, however, flexibility with this is essential due to some later evenings or earlier mornings that may be needed from time to time.
