This forward thinking and fast-paced company is seeking to add a fantastic sales executive to their lively team???could this be you?
Objective:
- Achieve and strive to exceed all monthly and annual sales and associated product targets as set by the Sales Manager / Brand Manager
- Record each sales opportunity, contact and follow-up accurately onto a daily activity control sheet
- Keep up-to-date on competitors products, prices and specifications
- Introduce and follow-up suitable sales prospects
- Conduct accurate and fair used vehicle appraisals for final valuation with the Sales Manager / Brand Manager
- Ensure all payments for vehicles are complete for each transaction
- Negotiate sales for maximum profitability within limits of authority
- Approach and receive customers promptly and courteously at all times
- Handle dissatisfied customers calmly, resolve complaints with sensitivity and involve the Sales Manager / Brand Manager when needed
Key Skills;
- Previous selling experience would be advantageous
- Excellent customer services skills with the willingness to go above and beyond to fully help the customer
- Excellent attention to detail, making sure that work to completed accurately
- Great enthusiasm, confidence and resilience
- Work effectively as part of a team or as an individual
- Effectively prioritise workloads for the best possible outcomes.
- Flexibility to changing requirements
- Experience building quick yet effective rapports with colleagues and customers
- Remain calm and rational when under pressure
Benefits:
- Basic salary of GBP15,000 pa with OTE up to GBP45,000 pa (uncapped)
- Provision of Company vehicle
- 22 days holiday plus bank holidays
- 2% pension scheme
