Our client researches and develops innovative, high quality solutions designed to make diagnostic testing more accurate. They are now looking for a Customer Service Engineer to join their team.

As a Customer Service Engineer, you’ll be responsible for installing, commissioning and setting up our client’s analyser equipment at customer sites.  

You will carry out routine servicing and preventative maintenance activities, as well as performing fault diagnostics and emergency breakdown repairs. 

Providing a professional, personable service, you’ll provide equipment training for both Engineers and customers. Additionally, you’ll provide technical support to customers, both on and off-site. 

Interested? Whilst no experience is necessary, to be considered, you must have: 

- At a minimum, an HNC level qualification in electrical and/or mechanical engineering or similar 
- Fluent written and verbal English communication skills 
- The flexibility to travel at short notice across the country and internationally when required 
- A full, valid driving licence 

Highly motivated and enthusiastic, as a Customer Service Engineer, you must be able to work well, both independently and as part of a team. You must also have good relationship-building skills and a logical approach to problem-solving.
