The Role

They are now recruiting for an experienced HR Administrator to join the busy team at head office in Bradford on a part time basis covering maternity leave until March 2018.

Responsibilities

- General HR admin
- Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment
- Ensure the HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
- Administration of contracts of employment
- Data cleansing
- Act as the first point of contact for handling all HR administrative queries
- Ensuring that all filing systems are kept up to date and in-line with Data Protection
- Maintaining and updating employee records
- Support HR team with administrative duties

The Candidate

- The right person will be IT literate, with excellent communication, customer service skills and strong interpersonal skills.
- You need to have excellent administrative skills and be organised with good time management skills to work accurately and to deadlines competently in a busy office environment.
- You must be able to promote the highest professional standards and behaviours and work to a high level of confidentiality.
