We are recruiting for a Store Supervisor for leading mens formalwear brand, for their high profile store in Birmingham Mailbox.
THE CANDIDATE:
- Minimum of 1-2 years Supervisory/Senior Sales experience with a formalwear / tailoring brand
- The ability to act as a real Brand Ambassador and lead by example in terms of appearance and product knowledge
- Excellent communication skills, building excellent relationships internally
- Working towards sales targets
- Leading by example and driving sales
- Great coaching and mentoring skills, driving performance from the team
