Our client is currently seeking an experienced Office Manager to work in the offices of their growing financial planning company based in Portsmouth, Hampshire.
The successful candidate will benefit from working in a beautiful, modern office, a training pathway into the financial services industry and a chance to be part of a growing business in a fun working environment.
Duties to include:
Ensuring the smooth operation of the office including filing regulatory reports
Working closely with key decision makers
Research, illustrations, report writing and applications
Contributing to business planning, investment processes and marketing strategies
Monitoring and resolving issues with IT and office network
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience with Adviser Office (or similar CRM), Windows 7 and Microsoft Office
A thorough understanding of financial services, products and provider interfaces
A competency with CRM's, phone systems and computers
Marketing and sales experience
Leadership qualities
CompTIA A+/Network+ experience
Working hours are Monday to Friday 0900 - 1730.
Starting salary of GBP20,000 - GBP25,000 depending on experience.
