Our client, a local Estate Agent are seeking a Sales Negotiator to join their friendly, professional team
Responsibilities:
* Meet & greet customers in a positive, enthusiastic manner
* Qualify applicants, match them to suitable properties & keep them updated
* Book viewings & valuations
* Attend viewings
* Negotiating offers
* Keep both vendor and buyer updated on sale process throughout
* Diary management
* Office duties, admin, sale memorandums etc
Requirements:
* Minimum of 12 months' experience working within Estate Agency
* Proven track record of generating new business
* Energetic, enthusiastic & driven individual
* Full clean UK drivers licence
* Well spoken & articulate
Working Hours: 8.45am - 6.00pm Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays 9:00am - 4:00pm
Salary/ Package: In return, my clients are offering a generous basic up to GBP18,(Apply online only) dependant on experience with a realistic OTE of around GBP25,(Apply online only) in your first year.
