THE ROLE
You'll work together with the General Manager to ensure that club business targets are hit - as well as creating and developing a culture of outstanding customer service at your club. You'll co-run the club with the General Manager, taking responsibility for club and people performance when the General Manager is away. You'll be confident leading across all areas of the business, creating an environment full of energy, fun and results.
