This company is a fast paced, rapidly growing manufacturer of bespoke furniture for commercial and residential clients with an office and factory in Penn Street, Buckinghamshire - close to Beaconsfield, Amersham and High Wycombe.
As well as managing growth of over 75% this year, the MD is planning further growth for next year as well as finding additional premises to handle that growth.
That means he is a very busy person - and he needs help.
You will be:
- an enthusiastic generalist with proven experience in organisation and administration, willing to take on a broad range of administrative and executive tasks on his behalf.
- articulate and have excellent computer skills, preferably in the Google or Microsoft Office Suite environment.
- able to work full time or arrange a job share with someone equally as talented as you.
- able to convince Martin of your ability to thrive in an environment of rapid change.
Working hours are flexible within core business hours, and flexibility with child care needs are a given including pro-rata time off during school holidays.
