Newstaff Employment Services are recruiting for a German Customer Service Agent for their client based in Watford.

You will be responsible for the German retail accounts with duties as follows:
* On-line Inventory replenishment
* Responding to customer queries via email
* Responding to customer complaints via email
* Chasing customers for product reviews
* Translating product information pages
The successful candidate will also have excellent English skills, both written and spoken communication.
The ideal candidate will live locally and have their own transport due to location.
