x50 Trainee Customer Service Adviser's
Based in Selkirk - Scotland
Due to an increase in demand, this international company is opening its doors up to 50 trainee customer service agents to work ion their Selkirk Based Customer Service team.
You will be speaking to customers over the phone regarding their loans and processing applications as well as helping with complaint handling and queries.
The ideal candidate will have an excellent telephone manner and have a great Customer Service disposition.
The role is initially a fixed term contract until November 2017 but with the possibility to continue into a permanent role for the right candidates.
This is an office based role with excellent facilities on site, including:
Onsite Restaurant
Free Parking
You will receive world class training in customer service as well as a great working environment where progression is available to hard working staff.
Various start dates across July and August
