Due to our continued growth and success, as well as the need to plan for the future, we are
launching our ICT Apprenticeship Programme. We are looking for passionate individuals who
have the desire to develop a career in ICT. We are looking for a flexible team player with the
aptitude to juggle multiple tasks, who is ready to get stuck in and interested in progressing a
career within an evolving housing society.
In this role you will join the IT helpdesk as the first point of contact for all users with
technical queries. You will log the details of the query and carry out incident, problem and
request management, ensuring the user is kept up to date on the progress of their query.
You will also be given the opportunity to get involved in projects and maintenance works.
As an Apprentice, you will be required (or predicted) a minimum of 3 GCSE’s (or equivalent)
to include level 4 – 9 in Maths or English. You will be expected to attend college and
complete all the required assessments of the relevant qualification.
